All of our items are despatched via Lancaster Parcels overnight courier, and we despatch once payment has cleared. You should expect your item to be delivered within two days of your order. In most cases your item will arrive the next day. In the event that there is a problem with your order we will contact you immediately and organise a refund or replacement item.

Shipping is to the UK, mainland Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If you are outside this area please contact us on +44 (1524) 841307, to discuss delivery and charges.

• Other UK - £12.72
• Mainland Europe - £15.72
• USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia - £21.72

 

If the items you receive are damaged, please contact us on 01524 841307 to discuss returning them. Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns for items that are clearly labelled as shop soiled or seconds except where they are damaged during shipping.

If the goods do not fit, you can return them to us, at your expense, for a replacement. Please indicate what size you need to replace them with. Before sending the items please contact us on 01524 841307.

Any unwanted items must be returned in their original packaging at your expense. We regret that we cannot accept the return of goods which have had the tags removed. Once we have checked that the returned goods are in pristine condition we will refund the cost of the item.

We guarantee our goods for a period of three months from the date of purchase. Faulty goods can be returned, at your cost, for up to 30 days for a refund.
